This is our registered office, not a showroom and not a returns address. Please do not send parcels here — email us first and we will give you the correct return address.
Before you write
- Which fitting, and how high? Send the ceiling height, the height of whatever sits below it, and what the room is for. That is enough for us to answer properly.
- Where is my order? Check the dispatch email for the tracking link first. If it has not moved in five business days, write to us.
- Something is damaged. Send a photograph. We will replace the affected part and you will not need to post the broken one back.
- Returns. Tell us the order number and which items, and we will send instructions and the address.
Why email only
Because most of what people ask us is a measurement, and measurements given over the phone get written down wrong. In writing there is a record of which drop we said and what we agreed to replace. It is slower than a phone call and considerably more reliable.
